Your Annual Review is changing

As part of your Debt Management Plan (DMP), you must complete an Annual Review every year. Why? There’s a lot of changes at the moment, with council tax increasing, the energy crisis and rising fuel costs, which is why your Annual Review is important to make sure your DMP remains affordable and a suitable solution.

Don’t worry, your Annual Review is about understanding how any changes have impacted your household budget to make sure you have enough money for your day to day living needs.

Recently, we have made some big changes to Annual Reviews and you’ll be pleased to know that you can now complete part of it online – at a time that suits you. Completing the first part of your review online should significantly cut the length of time that you need to spend on the phone with a Review Specialist.


How do I complete my annual review?

We’ll contact you by email or SMS when your review is due with what you need to do. If your Annual Review is due now, feel free to follow the instructions below:

  • This link will take you to the Financial Wellness Group app or Online Portal, where you’ll need to sign in (if you aren’t already).
  • After logging in (or registering), you’ll be asked a series of questions to help us understand if there have been any changes to your circumstances and finances.
  • You’ll then be asked to book a short 20 minute call with an adviser who will review your answers with you, and whether your plan remains suitable for you.
