1. Gregory Pennington Limited (GPL) is the promoter and its registered office is: Think Park, Mosley Road, Trafford Park, M17 1FQ.
2. By attending our online customer focus group and receiving a £50 Amazon voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. There is no entry fee for this promotion.
4. We’ll protect any information you provide in line with our privacy policy, and use those details to deliver this promotion.
5. To enter this promotion, you must attend the full focus group at 7pm on Monday 5 June 2023 which will take place online via Teams.
6. Participants must have been a customer of GPL within the last 12 months.
7. GPL employees and its associated companies are excluded from taking part in this promotion.
8. We can’t accept responsibility for expressions of interest we don’t receive, regardless of the reason.
9. Participants will receive 1 x £50 Amazon voucher if you register your interest and attend the full online session. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available.
10. The voucher will be subject to Amazon’s own terms and conditions. You’ll need internet access to receive and spend the voucher.
11. We’ll contact all participants by email or telephone up to 10 working days after the event and the voucher will be sent by email.
12. These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in line with English law. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. If any of these terms and conditions are found to be void or unenforceable, the term(s) in question will be deemed to be deleted and the remaining terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect.
14. GPL reserves the right to change, alter or withdraw the promotion at any time.
