Gregory Pennington Limited, part of the Financial Wellness Group welcomes its acceptance for regulatory feedback from the FCA’s ‘Advice Unit’

Deborah Ware, Chief Operating Officer of Financial Wellness Group, says “We’re delighted to be accepted into the Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA’s) Innovation ‘Advice Unit‘ for regulatory feedback. We look forward to working to develop additional digital services to support people with serious problem debt.”

The FCA’s Advice Unit provides regulatory feedback to firms developing automated models to deliver lower cost advice and guidance to consumers.

Deborah added: “We’re using technology, such as our new app, to deliver innovative ways to support customers and provide them with a choice of advice channels. Whilst we’ll always be available to speak to those that want to, increasing numbers of customers prefer to self-serve online. Working with the Advice Unit will enable us to accelerate our digital development, in a safe and controlled way.”
