Changes coming to your IVA

We’re making two changes to better communicate with you about your IVA. Here’s what you need to know.

Quarterly statements

Firstly: you will soon start to receive a statement every three months showing the status of your IVA. This will help you stay on top of any wage slips or other documents you need to provide, and also any additional monies that might need to be paid into your IVA. By paying in additional monies as they arise, you can avoid delays in the completion process at the end of your IVA.

Wage slip upload portal

To make it easier for you to provide wage slips when we need them, we’ve developed a way for you to upload documents in moments. Here’s how it works:

We’ll send you a text and an email one month before your six-monthly review.

Just click the link in the text or email and you’ll be taken to the upload portal.

There you’ll see a message from us explaining what we need you to provide.

When you press the blue +, you’ll be taken to a screen that looks like this:

Tap ‘upload file’ to upload photos of your wage slips.

Then you’ll be able to see everything you’ve uploaded previously.

And that’s it! We think these changes will help your IVA run more efficiently.
