Getting back on track

As lockdown has eased, it’s been great to be able to have a hug with family members, see friends, or even to go out shopping, or for a drink and a meal. Many customers have told us that they been able to return to work and life is getting back to something like normal.

But many of you have also told us that things aren’t improving yet.  Either you are still on furlough, or you still aren’t able to resume your business.  And some customers have already been in touch to let us know that their jobs are at risk or they’ve already been made redundant. It is clear that it’s going to be a very difficult time for the UK economy, with rising levels of unemployment. We know this means tough times ahead for many.
