Access to help and advice tools

What does this mean for

our lender partnerships?

For more than 25 years we’ve helped over 1 million people and currently manage over £1.1billion of debt, with over £90m to be returned to creditors in 2020, which means we are already able to provide a best-in-class experience.

But now, as the Financial Wellness Group we will extend our openness, transparency and support with our ambitious plans to innovate further by:

Expanding our digital tools – like the Creditor Portal - to give you all the information you need.
Support early interventions for customers – to avoid defaulting on payments.
Enhancing the way we use Open banking and Credit reference tools – to provide you with deeper customer insights.
Building deeper partnerships with you to shape the future of debt advice and solutions.
