How To Use The Digital Postbox

Throughout your solution with us, you’ll need to send us documents- whether it’s payslips, documents or creditor correspondence. To make this process as easy as possible for you, we’ve launched our new Digital Postbox helping customers upload documents in a matter of minutes.

Use a computer or mobile device to quickly upload any documents, once you’ve uploaded them, we’ll review them and get back to you if we need to – it’s that simple!

Please note, that selecting the right category will ensure your document reaches the correct place and is processed as efficiently as possible.

 

Step one –Start by logging into Digital Postbox with your reference number, postcode and date of birth.

Step two– Take a clear picture of the document(s) you want to upload using a mobile device or by scanning your documents and turning them into PDFs.

Step three– Select all the photos you want to send and press ‘upload’.
