Prawn Laksa Curry Bowl

Have you ever encountered a curry served with noodles instead of rice? If you haven’t, you’re in for a treat. Prawn Laksa is a Southeast Asian dish combining Thai red curry paste with coconut milk, spices, fresh herbs and king prawns. Paired with rice noodles, it has a soup-like texture and is far from what most Brits envision a classic curry, but if you’re craving something out of the ordinary, we couldn’t recommend this dish more highly.
