Although some customers have been able to work from home, over the past few weeks we’ve heard from thousands of customers who have seen their finances impacted by lockdown.
- Maybe you have been furloughed or otherwise lost income, and you’re struggling to make your payment.
- Or you might have had a longer-term change of circumstances, such as if you have been laid off.
- On the other hand, you might have returned to work and be ready to start making payments again after a payment break
Please remember that we are here to help you through this. All debt solutions have a level of flexibility. We can work with you to put an arrangement in place that helps ensure that your budget is sustainable for you. And don’t forget that:
- The furlough scheme has been extended until October for people in paid employment.
- You can now apply for the Self Employed Income Support Scheme.
- You can check whether you’re entitled to any additional support using our free benefit checker.
- If you’ve got a mortgage you may be able to get a payment break until 31st Oct.
