We’re still here if you need us

Although some customers have been able to work from home, over the past few weeks we’ve heard from thousands of customers who have seen their finances impacted by lockdown. 

 

•  Maybe you have been furloughed or otherwise lost income, and you’re struggling to make your payment. 
• Or you might have had a longer-term change of circumstances, such as if you have been laid off. 
• On the other hand, you might have returned to work and be ready to start making payments again after a payment break 

Please remember that we are here to help you through this. All debt solutions have a level of flexibility. We can work with you to put an arrangement in place that helps ensure that your budget is sustainable for you. And don’t forget that: 

•  The furlough scheme has been extended until October for people in paid employment. 
• You can now apply for the Self Employed Income Support Scheme. 
• You can check whether you’re entitled to any additional support using our free benefit checker. 
• If you’ve got a mortgage you may be able to get a payment break until 31st Oct.
